Reservation and Purchase

So, you have decided to welcome a Standard Schnauzer puppy from the Ksantia kennel into your home.

  1. Questionnaire: The first step is to fill out the Prospective Owner Questionnaire on our website.

  2. Feedback: Within 24 hours, you will receive a response via email or your preferred messenger. We will discuss all the details you are interested in.

  3. Waiting List: If the puppies have not yet been born, we will add you to our waiting list. This service is free of charge. Once the litter arrives, we will notify you within three days.

  4. Reservation: If there are available puppies and you wish to reserve one from a specific litter, you may do so by paying a deposit of 10% of the total price.

  5. Choosing Your Puppy: At the age of 45–50 days, we will choose your specific puppy together. This can be done in person or, if a visit is not possible, through photos and videos. If no puppy in the current litter meets your selection criteria, your deposit can be transferred to the next litter or refunded in full. The choice is yours.

  6. Payment: Final payment must be made before shipping or at the time of personal pickup. We do not offer installment plans. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer. For international transactions, we accept wire transfer systems, PayPal, or SWIFT.

  7. Agreement: Final payment is completed by signing a Sales and Purchase Agreement and handing over the puppy to its new owner.

International Shipping

For many years, we have successfully exported our puppies to various countries around the globe. Our dogs live in Europe, Asia, North America, and South America.

Please note that currently, export to Russia and Belarus is NOT POSSIBLE.

Additionally, we do not export to certain countries due to overly strict import regulations or delivery routes that would be too exhausting for the animal's well-being.

How to import a puppy?

You will hardly need to do anything yourself, except in cases where an import permit is required by your country. For example, if you are importing a puppy to Israel, we can handle the permit application for you.

Depending on the destination country, delivery can be arranged via ground transportation or air freight.

Ground Transportation

For exports to Europe, we prefer ground transportation. We work with several trusted and experienced couriers who have successfully delivered our puppies to various countries many times. We fully trust these professionals and can either arrange the delivery for you or provide you with their contact details.

Preparation for the Journey: Before departure, your puppy will have:

  • All necessary vaccinations and a microchip.

  • Parasite treatment.

  • An International Veterinary Passport.

  • A rabies antibody titration test (if required by the destination country).

  • All required medical examinations and veterinary certificates.

Logistics: All we need from you is a precise address and a contact phone number. In 99% of cases, this is a door-to-door delivery directly to your specified location.

Cost: The "turnkey" delivery cost to European countries, including the UK, ranges from €300 to €700.

Air delivery

Delivery to North and South America, Israel and Asian countries is possible only by air.

At the moment all airports in Ukraine are closed to civil aviation because of the war. Therefore we use the airports of neighboring countries such as Moldova, Romania and Poland.

At these airports we have reliable agents working with international cargo. All you need to do is provide your details for flight booking, confirm the booking and collect your puppy at your airport. Please note that it must be an airport that accepts international cargo.

In some countries, for example Israel, you will also need to pay import duty.

Your puppy will travel in a special spacious crate that meets IATA requirements. The crate will contain food, water and bedding. If the flight is indirect, during the transfer special staff will replace the bedding if necessary and also give the puppy dry food and water.

We work only with pet-friendly airlines such as KLM, LOT and Lufthansa, which have a special heated compartment for live animals and special animal care staff at transit airports.

In some cases, for example when delivering to Israel, the USA, Mexico and South American countries, it is possible to arrange air delivery of the puppy with a courier. This is discussed individually.

The cost of intercontinental air delivery to Asia and America ranges from 1000 to 2000 euros.

Personal Pickup

And, of course, you are always welcome to visit us and pick up your dog in person. In this case, we can prepare all the necessary veterinary documents required for crossing the border.
